Deanna Davies, CPA, CA
Deanna thrives on working with people. From questions to clarity, Deanna strives to understand the heart of every client’s business in order to deliver solutions that are carefully tailored to meet their needs.

Deanna graduated from Queen’s University with a B.Comm in 1984, earning the CA designation in 1986. After working for firms in Ottawa and Smiths Falls, she joined Dan Wyngaarden in 1990, becoming a partner at Davies & Wyngaarden Chartered Accountants in 1998. In 2015 she became the sole proprietor of Davies & Associates. Respected for her expertise and passion, Deanna has been requested to speak locally and internationally on small business consulting, personal finance, estate planning, succession and effective financial management.
Tony Hall, CPA, CGA
Tony embraces Davies & Associates’ commitment to use the top technology in order to improve efficiencies in the office environment. As Davies & Associates’ Client Services Manager since 1998, he not only provides professional accounting, audit, and tax services, he is the ‘go-to’ person for anything related to technology. Tony’s knowledge of accounting software, computing, and systems set-up is invaluable and allows clients to save time and increase productivity. He works with clients to implement user-friendly programs and systems so they can access the reports and numbers they need to operate their businesses more effectively. Tony graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1996, joined the firm in 1998 and attained his CGA in 2001.
Alexandra Birch, CPA, CGA
Senior Staff Accountant
Alex joined Davies & Associates as a Staff Accountant in 2016. She completed her CPA, CGA designation in 2015, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Northern BC. Prior to becoming a team member at Davies & Associates, Alex worked for eight years as a Financial Controller for a family-owned Canadian manufacturing company. The valuable insights gained through this experience provide Alex with the ability to identify challenges and support clients’ needs.
Alex thrives on working with people and enjoys the wide variety of skill sets that are called upon in public accounting. Amongst her team members, Alex is known for her endless supply of yummy German chocolate! She enjoys staying active and fills her spare time with reading, walking her dog, learning languages and travelling.
Sabrina Larabie, B.Comm
A passionate accountant who is fluent in both English and French, Sabrina is personable and focuses on building strong relationships with her clients.
Sabrina graduated from Laurentian University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, specializing in accounting. She worked for six years in public and private accounting before joining the Davies & Associates team.
She has traveled around the world and lived in Thailand, where she gained valuable experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. During her travels, she developed cooking skills and enjoys experimenting with foreign dishes. When not in the kitchen, she can be found practising yoga or reading her favorite books.
Client Service Coordinator
Lauren brings an abundance of enthusiasm to the team. With years of customer service experience, she loves getting to know the clients and assisting them however possible. She graduated from Laurentian University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, and earned an advanced diploma of Human Resources from St. Lawrence College in 2013. Lauren hopes to utilize her human resources skills in employee engagement and employee wellness in the Davies & Associates office, and their clients. Lauren is an avid horseback rider, and can be found training for her next show jumping competition in her spare time.
